In order to serve you better, it is important that we ask you to fill out the form that is suitable to you below and send it to us. We thank you for your attention.
Note: Only timeshare owners may use the forms below.
If you will not be using your timeshare for which the period has arrived or you will be renting it out please fill the rental form below and fax it to 0 226 531 1003.

Attention: In order to be able to open the rental form and address update form you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

 

Important Reminders

  • All of the flats have sea and forest views.
  • There is leg TV and satellite broadcast in the flats free of charge
  • All of the flats have therapeutic spring water 24 hours a day.
  • When you wish to have a representative use your timeshare please send an ORIGINAL NOTARY APPROVED LETTER OF CONSENT with the identification of the user included.
  • One cleaning session for your timeshare is included and this will be used by the first individual or representative to enter the timeshare. There will be no second cleaning session given for your timeshare in the same period. (Transferring from timeshare owner to representative, from representative to timeshare owner or from representative to representative count as second use sessions)
  • While completing your entry process at the reception please present the identifications of the individuals that will be staying in the timeshare to the person on duty.
  • At the beginning of the stay the flat will be presented to you with a record and when the stay is finished it will be taken delivery of with a record.
  • In order to complete departure processes, a key, smart card, vehicle entry card and flat delivery record need to be presented to the reception.
  • The deposit amount that was obtained from you upon entry will be returned to you while handing over the key to the receptionist as long as you have not caused any damage.
  • The holiday village does not accept birds, cats, dogs or any other pets.
  • Entry to the flats begins at 15:00. Departures must be completed at 12:00 at the latest.
  • Any inquiries you may have concerning accounting may be answered by sending an e-mail to muhasebe@ihlasarmutlu.com.
