Our Holiday Village is in the Bozburun (Tavşantepe) region of Armutlu district, on the southern coast of the furthest point on the peninsula that ends in the Sea of Marmara. It is situated on an area of 300,000 m2 in a strip of coast that is 1,300 meters. The northern section is forest while the southern section is in the Gemlik Bay, which is similar to the Dead Sea. Our property which has a calm and crystal clear sea has been divided up as 89% green area and social activities and 11% construction.
The Armutlu Holiday Village is in the coastal strip that stretches from the Samanlı Mountains along the Sea of Marmara to the southern skirts of the Gemlik Bay. 55 km to the North is the Yalova province center, 42 km to the South is Gemlik and 80 km to the South is Bursa.
While these central areas can be reached by road, there are also scheduled sea buses from Istanbul –Yenikapı to Armutlu or there is a connection through Yalova by Ferryboat from Istanbul.
There is a Heliport and Sea Bus dock included in the Project and the dock that was planned for Sea Buses and other passenger ships to approach is of the feature of being the holiday village’s own dock.
The IDO Sea Buses have scheduled trips to Armutlu Holiday Village from Istanbul, Bostancı and Yenikapı daily.
