Our Holiday Village is located at Bozburun (Tavsantepe) district of Armutlu township. It is located at the southern coast of the cape of the peninsula in the Sea of Marmara. It is built on a land of 200.000 m² along a coastal line of 1300 meters. To the north is the forest and to the south is the starting point of Gemlik Bay which is of a dead sea character. Adorned with a glittering and calm sea, our land has been allocated to green areas and social activities by 89% and building by 11%.

Armutlu Holiday Village is located at the coastal line where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Samanli Mountains, Sea of Marmara and Gemlik Bay from the southern slopes. It is 55 km from Yalova city center to the north, 42 km from Gemlik to the southeast and 80 km from Bursa to the south. 

Land transport is available from these cities and it is also possible to reach Armutlu on board the regular sea buses departing from Yenikapi Istanbul or ferry from Istanbul through Yalova.

There are heliport and sea bus quay which is somehow own quay of the holiday village, as designed for the sea buses and other passenger ships.
