Important reminders

• All apartments have sea and forest views.

• Apartments have free Digiturk and satellite broadcasting.

• All apartments have healing spring water 24 hours a day.

• When you want to use your timeshare with a proxy, send the original copy of a NOTARIZED LETTER of CONSENT, in which the identity information of the person who shall use the timeshare is included.

• You have the right of cleaning for your timeshare only once in a period and this right shall be used by the owner of timeshare or proxy who enters to the timeshare first no cleaning service shall be given in the second use of your timeshare in the same period. (Usage from owner to proxy; proxy to owner and proxy to proxy are included in the second use)

• When making your check-in at the reception, please submit the identity cards of the individuals who will stay in the apartment.

• At the beginning of the accommodation, the apartment is delivered to you by the attendant by means of a protocol and is received at the end of the stay by means of a protocol again.

• For check-out procedures; key, smart card, vehicle entrance card and apartment delivery protocol shall be given to the reception.

• If you shall not cause any damage at the apartment, the deposit payment that is taken from you during check-in procedures, shall be given to you back when you shall deliver the apartment keys to the reception.

• No pets, birds, cats, dogs, etc. are allowed to the holiday resort.

• Apartments check-in starts at 15.00 and check-outs shall be at 12.00 at the latest.
