Accommodations other than families shall not be accepted.
The reserved apartments can be in any block and on any floor between the ground floor and the top floor.
The number of people to stay should not exceed the maximum accommodation capacity of the apartment. In case of exceeding the accommodation capacity, additional apartment rentals will be made.
While staying at the Holiday Resort, no guests are accepted from outside.
When making your check-in at the reception, please submit the identity cards of the individuals who will stay in the apartment.
At the beginning of the accommodation, the apartment is delivered to you by the attendant by means of a protocol and is received at the end of the stay by means of a protocol again.
For check-out procedures; key, smart card, vehicle entry card and apartment delivery protocol must be submitted to the reception.
If you shall not cause any damage at the apartment, the deposit payment that is taken from you during check-in procedures, shall be given to you back when you shall deliver the apartment keys to the reception.

If you have any demand for making change in the reservation, please notify the HOLIDAY RESORT at the latest until 16 (sixteen) days before the date of entry. THE HOLIDAY RESORT has the right to accept or reject the change requests to be notified after the specified date in accordance with the availability.
Other than documented force majeure (death, accident, etc.), cancellation and refund requests that are notified to HOLIDAY RESORT within 20 (twenty) days by the CUSTOMER following the date of booking, shall be refunded entirely to the customer within 10 (ten) business days following the notification of the request; For requests made by the CUSTOMER after 20 (twenty) days, all transaction fees and deductions paid to the bank shall be offsetted and the residual amount shall be paid to the CUSTOMER.
For cancellation and repayment requests made by the CUSTOMER 15 (fifteen) days before the check-in; all transaction fees and deductions paid to the bank shall be offsetted and the residual amount shall be paid to the CUSTOMER.
For cancellation and repayment requests made by the CUSTOMER 7 (seven) days before the check-in; SERVICE FEE for 2(two) days and all transaction fees and deductions paid to the bank shall be offsetted and the residual amount shall be paid to the CUSTOMER.
In cancellation and refund requests that are made 3 (three) days or less before check-in, no fee will be refunded.
