Armutlu Holiday Resort Project is located in Bozburun district of Armutlu county of Yalova. Holiday Resort is constructed on a land of 360,000 m2 by the sea surrounded by forests. This Project is the biggest and most comprehensive thermal holiday resort of Turkey.
The entire Project has been constructed as 2.136 apartments with furniture on 17 blocks, all of which have sea view. Thermal water is being used in all apartments. The Project has the capacity of 37.542 timeshares and was put into service in the first half of 2004.
As an activity within the scope of the project; there are beaches, 6 swimming pools (four semi-olympic indoor pools that can be opened and closed, two outdoor pools), water slides, beaches, go-kart, jet-ski, banana surf, bowling hall, football fields, basketball and volleyball fields, family pool, spa pool, Finnish bath, massage, sauna, fitness center, 4x4 ATV and amusement park.
Moreover, there are shopping center, market, cafeterias, restaurants, fast food corners and health cabin in the facility.
The Holiday Resort has its own sea bus pier. You can reach Armutlu by scheduled sea buses services departing from Istanbul, Yenikapı, Kadıköy and Eminönü every day.
It is the center of attraction for thermal tourism, where healing hot spring water can be used in every apartment of the holiday resort. Approximately 11.000 people can stay in the Holiday Resort daily in summer and winter.
